Although the temperatures here are dismal, hiding from the outdoors is a short-term strategy. Cocooning shares a coin with cabin fever. So yesterday I went snowshoeing with my friend Ken Budyk. It was -34° C but it’s amazing how quickly you get warm when pounding through 10 inches of fresh powder.
